If by some reason you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to let us know 24 hours in advance. Otherwise If we are not notified within the 24 hours we will charge you 20% of your cleaning price. If we come to your house without any cancelation notice we will charge you the full cleaning amount, if you like to reschedule your cleaning appointment please call us within 24 hours, we'll be happy to work with you to reschedule your new appointment.

Payments are due at time of services. You may pay by cash or personal check.

If you are not home during our visit, we ask to leave full payment on kitchen countertop and one of our team leader will collect the payment.

For your satisfaction and protection our business is licensed and insured. Your house is our priority and your belongings are very important to us.

We guarantee 100% all our cleaning services and solicit feedback and reviews from our customers to help us find better ways to assist you in cleaning house. If you're not pleased with any area we have worked on, call us whiting 24 hours, we'll re-clean it for you.
